Brianna Cuthrell, Owner

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Master Addiction Counselor (MAC), and a Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialist (LCAS). I earned my Masters degree from Colorado State University before moving to Asheville, North Carolina. I am excited to go on this journey with you of self-healing, feeling empowered and finding your full potential to be successful in the world we live in. My specialities include working with children, adults, adolescents and their families. My work has involved working in private practice, K-12 educational settings, community mental health, and in-home services. I can also provide CADC supervision to professionals looking for a higher level certification in the state of North Carolina.

I provide a safe and positive space for clients to identify and understand their emotions and identify and utilize coping strategies. I have worked with clients who struggle with depression, social skills deficits, anxiety, substance abuse, boundary setting, effective communication, self-injurious behavior and disordered eating. I believe in the whole person and I have a holistic approach to supporting clients. I believe that each client is unique and differs based on client needs, therefore, my approach is eclectic—utilizing techniques from several theoretical orientations including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based interventions.

I encourage my clients to recognize their mind-body connection as I believe both the mind and body are powerful allies in achieving overall wellness. I am looking forward to working alongside you in your journey to the best version of yourself.

Ellie Goldstein,

Ellie Goldstein is empathic, creative, and hard working. In her free time, Ellie works on her Farm out in Morganton, NC with her partner sowing the land with regenerative agriculture practices. Ellie is passionate about the art of healing, and how it is unique and different for everyone. She is currently providing therapy to young adults, families, and children looking to focus primarily on trauma processing, grief, self-esteem issues, and anxiety disorders looking to increase self understanding and build mechanisms of resiliency. Ellie aims to create a supportive environment that makes seeking self worth accessible to all. Through bridging her passions for the natural world and other holistic modalities, Ellie offers a supportive, curious, and collaborative presence that cultivates resilience.  With empathic listening, a person centered approach, narrative-based listening, and a deep exploration of the messages one's body sends to itself, she believes we can reconnect to your inner being.
